An ideal committee resembles a full council, with each delegation represented among the committee members.
This aspect makes sense, as the Worker-Tenant Council model is designed to be self-replicating at all scales, in the same way that currently, capitalism self-replicates itself at all scales, as a feedback loop. Our feedback loop is the delegation structure, so it is no mistake that anything formed by or associated with the Worker-Tenant Councils will resemble them over time.
On topical committees led by a specific delegation or set of delegations, members of those delegations will of course chair and lead those proceedings, but it is still highly recommended to have the other delegations represented on the committees to the best of your council’s ability, to ensure equitable courses are charted regardless.
